Right now, we’re applying that same approach to our Resourcing Service and we need a tenacious recruitment specialist to help deliver outstanding results to our clients.

To help source the best health and safety professionals for our clients we need a recruitment professional who can help drive sales and growth. Shield Safety Resourcing offers: Interim and contract HSEQ resource, Executive Search for HSEQ professionals and a full suite of consultancy services such as competency based assessment training, RPO and salary surveys.
As a resourcer with SSR, you will be a pivotal team member, driving growth forward. You will support the Head of SSR with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates for a variety of roles to ensure successful placements.
Your day to day duties will include:
* Locating and preparing longlists of candidates, including candidates who may not be active on the market.
* Building solid relationships with candidates and clients.
* Writing compelling job adverts and publishing them.
* Preparing relevant documents, including candidate briefing documents, insider guides & shortlist presentations.
You’ll be an experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record. As a ‘Completer Finisher’ your unique combination of organisation, attention to detail and creative approach to problem-solving will be highly valued. Exceptional communication skills are essential, both written and verbal. People are our business and we expect you to be as passionate about them as we are.
